Making the Most of Test Shoots
Testing with no goals in mind is usually unwise. You may end up with some nice pictures, but they may not be what you need to define your public image or further your career. Always be flexible and open to new ideas, but have an idea of what your portfolio needs before you schedule photography tests. Use test / TF* projects as a way to increase your exposure, practice your skills, and build relationships with teams of people that can help you further your goals and increase your amount of paid work.
